Helping to launch the 2018 Run For All series to the team at Asda Head Office, Adam Wall, assistant manager at Up & Running Leeds City Centre and leader of the store’s Social Run Group, was on hand to give advice to all runners hoping to take on the challenge of running one of these popular events.
Staff had the opportunity to sign up for any of the events in the series, enter the Up & Running raffle and try out products that may help with their training.
Everything a runner needs was there to be tried, tested and taken advantage of, from shoes, socks and winter training gear, to bras, compression socks, training plans and exclusive discounts – the star of the show, however, was the Fitness Mad Foot Roller.
Up & Running is thrilled to be working with the Run For All Team to help all runners progress from signing up, through their training, to the start line and eventually the finish line. If you need any advice pop in and see us at our Boar Lane store, or over in Headingley.
Adam also helps to manage the Leeds City Centre Social Run Group (SRG), which takes place every Monday at 6pm. Through the SRG, Up & Running stores nationwide are successfully striving to get more people active. Whatever your running ability, SRG is free and here to help you achieve your fitness goals. Everyone is welcome and no-one gets left behind.
